I purchased a wig there a year ago. It was a wig that I had in the past and wore to death. The original store I purchased it at had closed. I needed a new one. I tried looking on line, could not find it anywhere, ordered two others on line and was not a pleased with either of them. I was going somewhere in Austintown and happened upon Carl’s beauty supply, saw on the front that they had wigs, went in and was delighted at the quality wigs and the owner’s knowledge. She helped me locate the very one I was looking for! I live most my time in Florida, I have used that wig SO much, I’m in Ohio and am going this week to make a special trip to Carl’s to get another wig!! Love them-and in Florida’s extreme summer humidity, they are lifesavers!! Best wigs anywhere!

Margie is so sweet and she really knows her stuff so she is able guide you to make the right choices for your needs.. I was so confused when I went in the store and she knew exactly what I needed..that's the kind of service I wish I could find everywhere!

I lived in Youngstown almost all my life, and, I now live in Pittsburgh and I would not shop "anywhere but Karl's Beauty Supply" for my hair extensions and any appliance such as hair straightners. Not only are the prices just right, but, the products are top of the line. I love shopping where I know I am going to go home with exactly what I need and want at a price I can afford.
