I am an older woman that has a lot of health problems. I lost my husband of 47 years on 1/13/21. He had always taken care of our family when things would malfunction in the house. I recently had both toilets in my house that would not flush. My daughter tried everything in her power to fix the problem. Some wonder friends lent us an industrial snake but she just couldn’t get it fixed. After the torcher of a couple of days with both toilets in house broken down she began to make phone calls to find an affordable and affective company. She went thru 3 different ones before she came across J & M rooter. He quoted her exactly what he charged me when he came out that very same day and fixed the problem. The owner was a pleasure speaking to that morning and the gentleman that showed up to do the job could not have been any more respectful and kind. They now have a new customer for life from our family. Such a hard time in life right now and these guys took this huge burden away from us and handled it. Made it go away is really what they did. Super professional. I want to thank you guys again for responding so quickly and fixing your problems With such a decent price.

I would not use this plumber for inside jobs. We had a leaking shower. They cut a 16" x 21"

hole is our wall, admitted to their mistake and then expected us to pay another contractor to fix their mistake. Shame on you for taking advantage of us! - Leslie, Muskogee
