Studio City Apartments

Studio City is under new management. It has improved greatly since the new owner took over. Security on premises. Updates and improvements taking place everyday. I believe that 3 buildings are dog and cat friendly, 1 building is cat only friendly, 1 building is pet free. I am amazed at what a difference the new management has made.
As with any neighborhood of over 350 individual homes(units in this circumstance) you will have an occasional problem in the group, but these are becoming far and in between. It is fast becoming less an apartment complex and more a community.

I am over all very please with my renting experience. Repairs when needed are done promptly and, the buildings and grounds are kept looking nice. I am also a huge fan of the pet policy. Its really nice that there are dog stations set up for easy disposal of waste, not something i have seen a lot of other places do.

I live in the nearby townhouse section, which is a separate entity, but shares management, maintenance and security. I've been here since 2009, and I love it. The former manager recently bought the entire complex, after working tirelessly for the former owner for many, many years, and I couldn't be more pleased (or happy for him).

Last, the fact that they're pet friendly means the world to me! I've recommended them to my friends in animal rescue many times!

Landscaping is excellent maintenance Helps within 24 hours Rent is more than reasonable and they allow larger dogs as long as they are friendly. Perfect for someone living on a limited income. I am very happy living here. Love it. I appreciate their pet policy Because There are very few places that allow pets In the Akron and surrounding areas. They also keep the lobby and all hallways very clean! I love my little apartment!
