Polar Bear A/C & Heat

Thomas was very responsive when we had an urgent need. He came out diagnosed the problem and had it fixed very quickly. And the cost of his service was much better than previous A/C companies charged us. We need more honest people like Thomas in this industry.

I own a homes in Texas, Arizona and Arkansas. A/C went out in my Prosper home and I asked for estimates. We received great communication and estimates via phone from A-1 and Choice A/C but not this Polar. Thomas got upset because the OWNER wasn't persent. Just an FYI Thomas- It is quite possible for one to own homes in mutliple locations. I went with Choice. Thanks for at least coming out. I apologize for wasting your time.

Installed a new replacement HVAC system in my home. Thomas made the entire process seamless and affordable.

Dude has a bad temper, and drives like a maniac. Literally cut us off in his van while driving in Prosper.
