Terrible Seamstress that does NOT listen to what you ask for. Then Blames you for it. The rest of the staff seems nice and they where sorry she ruined my daughters 300 Cheer uniform. I paid the 38.00 for it. Her sewing is not even close to professional and sloppy. Claimed she worked on this for "too long" however she probably spent 30-45 min at best. It was not that she worked on it long at all , It stayed there as long as it did because she only comes in at 4 and it was hard for me to come between 4-6 We did two fittings I expressed the uniform top has to fit tighter because it was about three sizes too big, not loose in places she left loose and where falling off her and the arms where very big so I asked her to take them in make them fit more forming to her arms its a simple inside stich down each seam of the arms. She did parts of one arm and did not touch the other.The seam at the bottom of uniform was sewn all crooked. The arms where a bit long I asked her to take the ends in a bit but she said no because of the stones and the design however I asked for that it seemed like she did what she wanted and DID NOT listen to what I "the customer" wanted. Then she complained about the rhinestones, ok If she can not alter something with rhinestones how does she work around sewing pins? Because she does not fully pin she puts one pin in and thats it thats why her lines are crooked and the thread looks not balanced with the machine If my sewing machine worked I would have done this myself. I CALLED IN ADVANCE and asked if they have done cheer uniforms and familiar with them I was told YES. I never was rude or ugly to the seamstress however once I got the finished product I was very disappointed before I could even say a word she said sorry I have no more time to work on it. Well she was not touching it again anyway then continued to yell from the back and talk ugly about the situation and stating "never again if someone walks in with one of those things its a no" going on and on while I stood there paying with my daughter and another child with us and customers up front. One soldier who was next to me had a pile of uniforms he told me they stitched the wrong color. PLEASE do not go there for your personal clothing needs. And my husband will never take any of his uniforms or gear there and make sure no one we know makes the mistake also. Honestly I think if they are going to do alterations to hire a professional not someone who hacks it with terrible stitching and a nasty attitude because you kindly questioned what was done. Never was I rude however I knew the second time we went for a fitting and she was not listening to me that the top was not going to look right. Now the whole top is uneven everywhere! I sew and I can tell how long things take and what stitches are supposed to look like she put about 45 max on this uniform but complained it took too much time and that is what made me even more upset terrible terrible ! I wish I could post photos of it. And waisted 38.00 and my time. I also think the soldiers deserve better also. You pay for a professional service that is what you should get nothing more nothing less. Aside from that The rest of the staff are friendly helpful and I wish the manager would have been available or called.

Awesome staff, very accommodating, fast, and very resonable price. I suggest to anyone to use them, I will continue to frequent them
