I sold a fire damaged home in July 2021, the buyers agent suggested WLRT and boy was he right, they are fast, professional, and skilled enough to understand how to close what I'd call an informal, but correct transaction involving a trust - something that often sends old, fossilized companies cowering under their lawyers desks for months while they needlessly mull papers which have no bearing on the transaction. I stand impressed, and will INSIST on this company for any closings I am involved with ongoing.
You can go bigger, but you will not go better... these folks deserve your business.

I used this company back in 2014 as a buyer to close on a house in Malvern. I am currently using them again, but as a seller. They were very quick and professional and made sure that any questions I had were answered promptly. I would highly recommend this company.
