        This rating is neg. because I called today to see if I could have a tech. to come out a repair the door. I had a to z replace a lock on the door 3-30-2023. Well the owner told me to find someone else to replace the lock and he also said he has tooo many problems. I know that the buss. had a fire on 04-7-2023,however is this the way you do buss. by cursing and being rude to a cust. who paid you for your service.
        Well sir I will not call you again and I know your company has Insurance. This Fire might be something the law should investigate. This is your 2 bussiness that was distroyed by FIRE!

        CJ replaced a battery on an old remote key fob. He went out to my SUV, plugged a device into my vehicle, went back inside reprogrammed my fob. Just like new, charged me for the battery replacement and nothing for reprogramming.

        Had called a few other locksmiths and quoted outrageous prices. A to Z came out the same day, was 1/8th the cost of the other locksmiths and even made a second key for free. Thank you, you saved me hundreds of dollars!
