My husband and I been using Keith A/C for at least 5 years and they’ve always taken care of us. We needed to have someone come look at our ducts because we had condensation from the air conditioner leaking into our light causing it to spark when we turned it on which ended up the ducts needed to be wrapped and retaped. Instead of telling me that we have to replace all the ducts Bryan was honest and came up with an inexpensive solution. We have had other companies say that we needed to replace the whole thing and I was not happy with the price. We were pleased with the great service and professionalism the technician displayed. They didn’t charge an “arm and a leg” for the service. They came through for us and we really appreciate it.

It was Saturday and I had my young grand children at the house when the worst happened. The A/C began to blow warm air. It was 100 degrees outside and there was going to be no way that we could stay in the house without the air conditioner. I figured I wasn’t going to find anyone to repair it on the weekend. I called the guys at Keith A/C and spoke with Bryan. He told me that they would be happy to come out and troubleshoot. Within 30 minutes a technician was at my house and my A/C was blowing cool within a few minutes. I was impressed with the great attitude and professionalism the technician displayed. They didn’t charge an “arm and a leg” for the service. They came through for us and I appreciate it. We’ve been using Keith A/C for at least 10 years and they’ve always took care of us.
