We received an unexpected call from our daughter “that the wheel fell off”. We had no way to get our ride home. We called Campbell’s. They were fast, friendly, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone needing a tow. Great people providing great service.

The owner of this company has such a big heart and a willingness to help people in true need. That I just know his employees follow in his footsteps. My husband and I bought a van off Facebook and it didn't even make it 5 miles before it broke down. We had no one that could help us so our last resort was to call a towing company to see how much it would cost to have it brought to our hotel room and Mr Campbell answered the phone. Mr Campbell and his employees are a true God send to my family. We haven't had anyone be so nice and caring in a long time. Thank you for helping us we will pay it forward.

I called them this morning to come out to the house and tow my Tahoe to the repair shop. The driver was extremely friendly and prompt. They office staff was very friendly and dispatched a driver out in almost a blink of a eye. Their prices are very budget friendly. I would recommend them for any towing or recovery needs.

I had just gotten my car out of the shop Tuesday. I woke up Halloween to 30 degree weather and a truck (SUV) that wouldn't start. The dispatch was courteous and helpful. Even through the heavy morning traffic in Tyler, Taylor arrived promptly and was extremely polite and helpful. I also appreciated how careful he was during the whole process. I called to have my truck taken to a shop and they showed up within 15 mins. The driver was very nice and took care of me and my truck. If I have any future problems I will use them again.
