As a third and fourth generation native of Huntsville, Bubba Conner and his son Josh Conner, have been serving the Tennessee Valley since 1987. Bubba’s Silver Spoon Catering provides services for everything from a corporate event of 5,000 to a quiet breakfast of 20. Together this team has won numerous awards; including 2005 and 2006 Chamber of Commerce Golden Plate Awards. In 2017, the Bubba’s team won 1st place in the game division. Bubba’s Silver Spoon Catering has also been featured on WAAY 31 News, Comcast cooking and Wild Life Cooking as well as being featured in the national publications: Southern Living and I Do magazine. In 2019, Ramone Grajales joined Bubba’s Catering to offer the finest blend of culinary talents with a business flair.

       With an ever growing schedule, the business still takes time to give back to the community, with donations to the March of Dimes, Red Cross, The Boys and Girls Club, United Way as well as local high school fundraisers, as well as many others.
