The range of perspectives in project management studies are analysed both in theory and in practice. The application of theories is enhanced through the use of case study examples in the public, private and third sectors, encompassing an analysis of project management in a range of organisational structures. Emphasis on knowledge in this area is extended further to the criticality of the project manager’s skills in managing the range of both internal and external stakeholders. As such, this module will draw and build on student’s knowledge previously acquired through responsible leadership, entrepreneurial, finance and people management modules.
